Famous TV actress Rashami Desai has been one of the most talked-about Bigg Boss contestants this season. Her fight with Siddharth Shukla early on in the game dominated the proceedings inside the house for several weeks. She may have mellowed down a bit after making a return to the show, but she continues to remain a formidable contestant in the Colors TV’s reality show. She was seething in anger last week when Vishal Aditya Singh accused her of shooting a ‘soft porn’ video with Siddharth during a weekly task in the reality show. But her fans saw quite an impressive side of Rashami when Salman Khan revealed over the weekend that the TV actress had only agreed to be in the show to help her boyfriend Arhaan Khan.
Ever since Salman made the stunning revelation about Rashami, social media users have begun applauding the famous TV actress for her epic sacrifice. While presenting the Weekend Ka Vaar episode, Salman had revealed how Rashami was offered to take part in the Bigg Boss show every year by the makers of the popular reality TV show, but she had been routinely refusing the offer. However, this year she agreed to do it only because this could kickstart Arhaan’s acting career.
The extraordinary aspect of this revelation was Rashami’s reluctance to even acknowledge that she had any sacrifice. When Salman asked her to confirm whether she was indeed trying to help Arhaan, she appeared uncomfortable and hesitant.
This is not the only time, Rashami has shown incredible magnanimity for Arhaan. Last week, when Paras exposed Arhaan for speaking about Rashami’s bankruptcy in the past, the latter had quickly interrupted to inform Paras that her boyfriend had only stated the truth adding that she was indeed in financial ruins a few years ago.
During the Weekend Ka Vaar episode, Salman also made several attempts to provoke Rashami alleging that the Arhaan may have broken his girlfriend’s trust by making his relatives stay in her house. This was after Salman forced Rashami to admit on TV that she had given the keys of her house to Arhaan before coming to Bigg Boss. Salman said that Arhaan’s action was looking pretty bad on TV.
Even here, Rashami refused to develop any grudges against Arhaan and appeared to trust his version amidst allegations made against him.
Vikas Gupta too told Arhaan that he too was told that Arhaan had shifted his brother and mother in Rashami’s house since the latter had given the keys to him.
During a task over the weekend, Rashami’s brother had warned her to be careful about her decision to spend the rest of her life with Arhaan. He was referring to Rashami’s decision to marry Arhaan.
The revelation that Rashami was never interested in doing the Colors TV’s reality show and did so only to boost the career of her future husband has indeed earned her many fans.
Salman had earlier placed Rashami in a spot by revealing that Arhaan had a secret child from his past marriage. The Bollywood megastar had later entered the house to console Rashami.
